CPUT Opens Late Applications For 2026, Cape Peninsula open late applications, courses still available for late applications at CPUT
Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) is now accepting late applications for the 2026 academic year. Although the general application deadline has passed, prospective students can still apply because there are still courses with available spaces. The Admissions Office will review applications and may consider them based on the courses available.
To have your application considered, you must apply early and pay the requisite price. We encourage applying early because there are only a few courses available. Candidates must apply for courses with remaining opportunities and meet the minimum admission requirements.
CPUT Late Applications Date For 2026
Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) is accepting late applications for the 2026 academic year from January 15 to January 19, 2026. These late applications are open to returning CPUT students who have taken a break from their studies or new students who couldn’t meet the initial application deadline but still wish to apply.
Only complete applications that follow the prescribed procedures will be considered. Prospective students can apply for late admission through the CPUT application portal at www.cput.ac.za for the 2026 academic period

Cape Peninsula University Late Applications FEE for 2026
Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) charges a non-refundable late application fee of R150.00 for applications submitted after the closing date for the 2026 academic year. The proof of payment must accompany all applications and must be submitted before the deadline

How to apply for late applications at CPUT 2026
Follow the steps below to apply for late applications at Cape Peninsula University of Technology for 2026
- Visit the CPUT application website and navigate to the “Admissions” section.
- Select and Click on the “Late Applications” link.
- Read the information provided and click on the “Apply Now” button thereafter.
- Fully Complete the online application form with all the required information.
- Upload all the relevant documents, such as your ID, matric certificate, and proof of payment.
- Submit your application as soon as possible.
- If your application is successful, you will receive an offer letter from the admission office of CPUT.
- Accept the offer and pay the required fees within the stipulated dates.
- Once your fees have been paid, you can register for modules and start lectures.
