How Do I Apply for University of Limpopo 2026

Applications for study at the University of Limpopo are now open for the 2026 academic intake. Enrollments are underway, so don’t delay. You can apply online from home by completing the online form. UL does not accept manual, email, fax, or postal/courier service applications.

How to Apply to UL

Prospective applicants can follow the steps below to apply for admission to the University of Limpopo for the 2026 academic year, starting April 1, 2025. Note: The application deadline is October 31, 2025, so you are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Go to www.ul.ac.za to apply online
Log in on the Ienabler
Go to the academic application
View application rules and click accept
Go to the school attended, Select the School Name, and save
Enter School leaving subjects
Go to Disabilities and click Name
select the choices and click save
Go to submit an application
Enter your academic preference qualification, save, and continue
Ensure to pay your application fee before you proceed
Upload the required documents, save and continue
Finally, submit your fully completed application form by clicking on the Finished tab

How to Upload UL Outstanding Documents

To upload all outstanding required documents, do the following:

Go to the academic application
Go to entering School leaving subjects
Scroll down until you see “Load or view Documents and click choose a category
An Icon will pop up and then click.
Click Upload and then proceed by clicking Browse

Cost of applying online to the University of Limpopo (UL): Online application has a handling fee of R200 for South African applicants and R750 for International.

UL Application Materials Required For 2026

Your ID if you are a South African citizen
Your passport if you are an international student
Your guardian/parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18 years
National Senior certificate if you have already matriculated
Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s Stamp if you are still in Grade
Your academic record, only If you are a current student at another Institution of higher learning
USAf accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. Only if you are an international student.
Apply to mbsaf.3.za for conditional exemption foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption.
