How to Complete Flavius Mareka College Enrollment Form 2026

The Flavius Mareka TVET College online application for the 2026 academic year will be open from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Prospective students can apply during this period to pursue their educational goals at the college, but if you want to learn how to complete the application, read this article to the end.

When to Apply

The beginning of the application form is equally important for admission to the Flavius Mareka Tvet College as the end of the online application form submission. As previously stated, applications for undergraduate qualifications at Flavius will open on September 1. The College must receive all supporting documentation by the deadline. The College will not accept applications after the deadline.

Close all unnecessary banners and select
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER- ONLINE
Click on SELECT A COURSE
Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the application.
Ensure you select the correct Campus and Course
Ensure that you complete all the required fields. A green tick will be displayed when the section is completed correctly

Upload certified copies of

Student ID document
Highest school results
Proof of address
Parent/Next of Kin ID document
Certification may not be older than
3 months from the date of application.

Step 2: Application Status

Your application will be reviewed by the College selection committee

Step 3: How to Accept Admission Offer

If your application status is PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED, you have 48 hours to accept the
offer made. Click on the VIEW DETAIL button on the portal, then click on ACCEPT AND SUBMIT
Should you not log in to the student portal and accept the offer within 48 hours, the offer will expire, and your application will be canceled.
Once you accept the offer, your status will change to PRE-ENROLLED
If you are a pre-enrolled student, contact the College to book a timeslot to
complete the CAP Test. Competency and Placement test is an interest and placement test only and NOT an IQ test.

Step 4: How to Register

Full-time students: pay R500 registration fee.
Part-time students: pay the full course fee
Alternatively, provide proof of Approved Bursary details.
(The R500 is part of your class fees and is NOT additional costs.)
Banking details – on your e-mail
Check registration dates on your e-mail
Visit the campus on the dates specified.
You will only gain entrance to the Registration venue if you are pre-enrolled

Application Documents

Submit the following documents:

- Student ID document
- Highest school results
- Proof of address
- Next of Kin ID document
- Certification may not be older than three months
After completing the registration, visit the Student Card Studio on campus to take a photo, and receive your student Card.
You will be notified via SMS to inform you when the classes will commence
