How to Register For Orbit College Online For 2026

For the 2026 academic year, matriculants who intend to enroll at Orbit TVET College should begin preparing for the online registration process, which will open on September 1, 2025, and close on September 30, 2025. All qualified students are welcome to register at Orbit College, regardless of nationality or race

Applicants must provide all required documentation during the online registration process. It is critical to begin as soon as possible to meet the deadline of September 30, 2025.

General Registration Requirements at Orbit Tvet College

If you want to register/enrol online for the 2026 academic year, you have to meet the following Orbit College entry requirements.

Write the Placement Assessment Test
Register online via the college’s portal
Proof of registration fee
All new students MUST apply for an NSFAS bursary first
Upload all supporting documents
You must be 16 years or older
Pass in Grade 9 or higher or an NQF level 1 qualification
Grade 11 Certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
You must have an email address and a phone number
A score of at least 27 for grade 9 OR 18 for grades 10, 11, 12, and AET level 4
SAQA approve
Studying permit
Proof of insurance or medical

Enter your ID number (SA Applicant)
Enter your passport number (International applicants)
Accept the POPI Act
Enter your details
Enter your contact details
Provide your academic and employment background
Choose the year of registration
Select the campus
Select your qualifications
Complete the registration form and submit it
Upload all registration documents required
You’ll get an SMS after your registration has been officially approved. The “REVIEW APPLICATION STATUS” section of the i-enabler system may also show your status as “Successful” if you like.
