How to Update Nsfas Contact Details in 2024-2025

As long as you are a beneficiary of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), you must keep your information up to date. Students who have received funding for their tertiary education must stay as connected to the scheme as possible to be fed with all available information. As a result, it is critical to provide a valid email address and contact information that can be reached after submitting the application form.

Why you must be updated for 2024-2025 Funding

Students in this scheme should try to stay as up-to-date as possible because all corresponding changes are sent to them via their contact information. If the email and phone number are not reachable, the student may miss out on important information. A student should always check their emails or the myNSFAS account dashboard for the most recent developments. If your phone number, email address, or address has changed, you must log into the dashboard to make the necessary changes.

How to Make Changes to Your Contact Information

To update your cellphone number or email address, do the following:

Log in to your myNSFAS account using your Username (email address) and password.
After you’ve logged in, go to the top of your screen to locate the Personal details tab
Click on the Personal Details tab. After that, you will be able to update your cellphone number and email address.
Make sure to log out after the updates.

Please Note: The system validates all information as received from the Department of Home Affairs. Ensure that you type in your ID number, name/s and surname exactly as they appear on your ID document or birth certificate.
