How to Apply Online at Ikhala Tvet College For 2025

Step 1. Select your courses

Identify the course you wish to study, career counseling is available to help any applicant with a choice of courses
Complete the online application for the chosen programme/ course

Step 2.: Attach your application documentation:

Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified but will be rejected if they are not clear or if they have an outdated date stamp.

Step 3: The status of your application

You will receive an e-mail after every step, updating you about the status of your application.
The college will start the selection process and communicate with you regarding the status of your application via e-mail after the deadline.
The e-mail will have details of the registration details.

Step 4. Accept the offer to study at the college: If you are admitted, you will receive an e-mail informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrolment form.

Step 5: Finalize the process by visiting the campus to finalize your registration. Applicants must go to the campus with all the required documents

Admission Requirements for 2025 Applicants

National Vocational Certificate Nc(V)

A year-end school report for Grade 9 or higher, or
An NQF Level 1 qualification (ABET Level 4) or
A recognition of RPL assessment to meet the basic requirement for access to NQF Level 2

Report 191 Courses: The criteria for admission vary depending on the program.
