South Cape TVET College is preparing to accept applications for the 2026 academic year. The online application portal will be open from September 1 to November 30, 2025, allowing prospective students to apply for available courses.

Regardless of nationality or language, anyone interested in starting a new qualification can visit the college’s website when the portal is accessible to submit their online application for the 2026 academic year.

South Cape TVET College Application Dates – 2026

South Cape TVET College will open its online application portal for undergraduate programs starting September 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted until November 30, 2025.

After the main application period, South Cape TVET College will accept late applications from January 1 to January 17, 2026, but only if there are remaining available courses. Late applications will be considered based on course availability after the initial application period has been processed.

How to Apply at South Cape Tvet College Online?

Please remember that you must enter a valid and active email address that will be used to contact you. Check that all of your supporting documents have been scanned in before beginning the application process. The system may time out if you have not scanned your supporting documents. Upload each document separately and save it as “your name – ID document – 2026”, for example. If your documents are not certified, your application will be declined.

Certified copy of the last passed school results.
Proof of residence with the student’s name on it (Affidavit).
A year-end school report for Gr 11 or Gr 12 certificate; or
An NQF Level 1 qualification

Upload all required documents (PDF format)
Submit your application.
You’ll receive a confirmation email about your successful submission.
You will immediately receive a unique student number

How to Retrieve South Cape Lost PIN

You must log in to the student i-enabler if you have forgotten your 5-digit numeric PIN.

Log in to the student i-enabler
Click on “Forgot PIN”
The PIN will be sent to the email address that you supplied during your application.
