How to Apply to Motheo TVET College

Follow the steps below to complete the 2026 Motheo Tvet College applications

Go to the Motheo TVET College website at www.motheotvet.edu.za
Click on the “Registration” button and select “Online Application” from the menu.
On the new webpage, choose the “Register an Account” option.

You will receive an email containing your newly generated student number.
Return to the application portal and log in using your student number and the PIN provided in the email.

Motheo TVET College: Entry Requirements for Vocational Programs

National Certificate (Vocational) Programs (NQF Levels 2-4):

Applicants must have completed Grade 9 or 12.
An entrance test (CAP test) is mandatory.

Report 191 National Certificate N4 (Business and General Studies):

Applicants must possess one of the following:
- Grade 12 certificate
- N3 qualification
- NQF Level 4 equivalency

Report 191 National Certificate N4 (Engineering):

Applicants must possess one of the following:
- Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science subjects
- N3 Engineering qualification
- NQF Level 4 equivalency
