Nelson Mandela University Late Application 2024

Nelson Mandela University has reopened the admission site to admit new students to specific selected Courses and programs. This is being reminded to applicants who were unable to apply during the first application period and to those submitting for the first time. This was necessary since fewer applicants applied to these faculties, which resulted in certain slots remaining after the official closing dates.

Who are the qualified applicants for Late Applications at Nelson Mandela University

The application is opened to the following group of persons:

• First-time applicants in 2024
• Previous applicants who were denied could give a second shot
• Prospective students are who are already in another institution at the time of the application period
• Candidates who meet the minimum and the faculty requirements. Download the prospectus to ensure you meet those standards before you apply
• South Africa and Non- South Africa applicants

Late Admissions in 2023: The gateway will be reopened on September 30, 2022, the official closing date. A third application window won’t exist. Apply as soon as you can because the vacancies are also constrained by the number of seats in the offered courses.

Prospective students wishing to apply to other programmes not listed for late application in 2024 here, there is an opportunity to apply to any of the country’s higher education institutions only if there is space available through the government’s Central Applications Clearing House (CACH).

When to Access CACH: The Central Applications Clearing House (CACH) for 2023 entry will open in January 2023 after the release of the 2022 NSC Results.

What is Central Applications Clearing House (CACH)

Without having to visit institutions to look for a space, CACH offers unsuccessful applicants access to career development services and, when possible, an opportunity to access spaces still available within all universities, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges, or any Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) learnerships.
