Upload the required documents as follows:
- A certificate of good conduct from their previous educational institution or workplace
- A certified copy of the most recent school report
- 8 certified copies of identification (when a student is 16 or older) The original must be included with the application.
- A letter stating the reason for your transfer
- A letter to confirm that they have been de-registered at the previous institution
- A Certified copy of the Identity Document
- A report of their academic history on a College letterhead, including Internal Continuous Assessment (ICASS) and Integrated Summative Assessment (ISAT) results
