All first-year and returning applications to the South Cape TVET College must be submitted through the online system at www.sccollege.co.za, regardless of the qualification level. Applicants can apply for multiple courses, but the application fee remains the same, no matter how many courses are chosen

The South Cape TVET College online enrollment form for 2026 will be available starting September 1st, providing potential applicants ample time to gather the required documents before beginning the application process. South Cape College TVET College Application Documents 2026

Ensure the following documents are ready to be uploaded or attach the completed application form

Certified copy of the student’s ID/birth certificate.
Certified copy of the last passed school results.
Proof of residence with the student’s name on it (Affidavit).
A year-end school report for a Grade 11 or Grade 12 certificate; or
An NQF Level 1 qualification
A grade 9 to 12 academic results

Choose a Program that interests you and Check the availability of Program Offerings at your preferred Campus. Check to see whether there is lodging available at the Campus of your choosing (if applicable), and To aid you in making your selection, consult the website, prospectus, and Facebook page. After that, get the application form and fill it out.

Track Your Admission Status

Following your application, use your student ID number to access and check your application.

Visit the South Cape TVET College’s webpage at https://sccollege.co.za.
Access the student i-enabler.
Enter your student ID and a 5-digit numerical PIN.
Select “Student Enquiry” from the drop-down menu.
Select Academic Admission Status and click on it.
When you check your application status, you will see whether or not your application was successful.
