Ensure the following documents are ready to be uploaded or attached the completed application form

Certified copy of the student’s ID/birth certificate.
Certified copy of the last passed school results.
Proof of residence with the student’s name on it (Affidavit).
A year-end school report for a Grade 11 or Grade 12 certificate; or
An NQF Level 1 qualification
A grade 9 to 12 academic results
