The institute is accepting new applications for the 2025 academic year from all applicants who are ready to study for an undergraduate, postgraduate, or certificate degree with the proper study requirements. Applicants may apply at any time because applications are accepted throughout the year. Apply as soon as possible!! and don’t forget about the institute’s deadline. Below is the breakdown of the TaalNet Training Institute 2025 application cycle:

Engineering Trimesters:
- 1st Trimester: January – April
- 2nd Trimester: May – July
- 3rd Trimester: September – November
Business Studies Semesters:
- 1st Semester: January – June
- 2nd Semester: August – November
Information Technology Semesters:
- 1st Semester: January – June
- 2nd Semester: August – November

TaalNet Training Institute Registration Fee (Application) Required For 2025

The 2025 Registration fee for TaalNet Training Institute which includes the application Fee is R500.00. This is a non-refundable fee. The registration fees are paid by all prospective students.

TaalNet Training Institute Minimum Entry Requirements For 2025

Grade 12 with the following compulsory subjects: Mathematics, Science, and Computer Literacy OR
FET Certificate: Information Technology (Technical Support) NQF Level 4 OR
FET Certificate: Information Technology (Systems Development) NQF Level 5
Grade 11
For N1 –N3 you need to have grade 9, you are expected to pass 4 subjects for each level to get a certificate. For N4 –N6 you need to have grade 12 with mathematics.
