UFH Online Registration Dates 2025- The University of Fort Hare Registration Process for 2025

The final step in the application process is online registration for accepted candidates. Once your application is accepted, you do not need to visit the campus, as all registration is done electronically. The University of Fort Hare has officially opened the 2025 registration process to all accepted and admitted students

When to Register your First Semester Courses for 2025:

The registration process for the University of Fort Hare will open on January 15, 2025, and close on February 5, 2025. Late registration will not be accepted for the 2025 first semester. Applicants are advised to register as soon as they receive their acceptance letter. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Who qualifies to register in 2025 at the University of Fort Hare

All applicants who have been accepted for the 2025 academic year, including international, postgraduate, and undergraduate candidates, should proceed with the next steps. Current students wishing to change courses should consult their department.

How to Register your courses at the University of Fort Hare

All qualified students should comply with the steps to get registered in the 2025 first-semester

Log onto the official website of the University @www.ufh.ac.za/register
On the left, click “Rules and Regulations.”Accept the rules and regulations on this page after thorough reading. This could be used as a contractual agreement between the university and the student as your signature is provided.
Submit Registration after accepting the rules.

You can Add a Course

If you wish to add a course to your registration, go to the left and click “Add a course to a Registration.” In the Qualification Code field, click. By checking the box next to each course, you can select your course(s). You will not be able to register for any course(s) if the prerequisite has not been met. A red x will appear next to these courses. Select “Save and Continue,” “Save – Continue Later,” or “Restart Process” from the drop-down menu.

Print the proof of registration

If you need to reprint your proof of registration, go to the left-hand menu and select “Proof of Registration.”

Click on “Proof of Statement” on the left should you want to re-print your proof of the statement
