Univen Registration Closing Dates 2024/2025

The final step in the application process is urging the selected candidates to officially register when the application procedure is over. All new students register electronically with the University of the Free state. To be a fully admitted student to the university, this is necessary.

30^th of March 2024	Official Opening of the academic year Lectures commence.
1^st of April 2024	Commencement of registration of returning undergraduate students.
12^th of April 2024	Late registration commences
28^th of April 2024	Final Date for registration of Honours and Masters by Course Work.
14^th of May 2024	Final date for registration of students who wrote supplementarily; special and Aegrotat examinations
15^th of June 2024	Final date for registration of master’s and Doctoral degrees by research
