Applications commenced on April 1st, 2025, and will close on October 31, 2025, at noon South African Standard Time (SAST). Do not wait till the last minute! You cannot check your status until you have submitted your application

How to Check Your Application Status After Grade 12 Results

If you haven’t heard back about your application within 5 working days (120 hours) after your final Grade 12 results, visit the application dashboard of the University of Limpopo with your login details to check your status. Your status should be updated within 48 hours of the Grade 12 results release. You can see if you’ve been accepted, or declined, or if your application is still under review.

Log in to the site of the University of Limpopo @ www.ul.ac.za/admissions
Click on the “Check UL status” tab
Enter your ID number. This is the number given during the application process.

Click on the “REQUEST OFFER” tab
You will only be given one chance to choose one qualification
