Registration opens: January 3, 2025
Registration closes: January 28, 2025
Registration call center open: Until January 28, 2025 (for assistance with registration questions)

The University of Pretoria Registration Instructions for the Academic Year 2025-2026

Important Notes:

Students who have not paid their initial registration fee, completed and submitted their online enrolment contract, or have outstanding library materials will not be able to register.
Make your initial payment at least 5 days before registration to allow for processing time.
Bursary recipients must email a confirmation letter from their sponsor/bursar to Externalbursaries@up.ac.za at least 5 days before registration. Otherwise, they will be responsible for paying the initial cost.
NSFAS-funded students do not need to pay the initial registration fee. They will be notified when they can register after funding approval.
