How to Register Online at UJ for 2025 Admission

University of Johannesburg 2025 Online Registration Guide! Once applications close, accepted candidates must complete online registration to finalize their admission at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). There’s no need to visit campus—everything is handled electronically! This guide covers registration details, deadlines, and acceptable payment methods. UJ has now opened the 2025 registration form for all accepted students

UJ 2025 Registration Opens

Mark your calendars! The University of Johannesburg is accepting registrations for 2025 from January 21st to February 11th. Be sure to submit your application online during this period, as late registration isn’t guaranteed. Remember, you can register remotely, so convenience isn’t an excuse to miss out!

How to Register at the University of Johannesburg 2025

To register for the first semester as a freshly enrolled undergraduate student, follow the step-by-step instructions.

Log onto the registration portal @ https://ulink.uj.ac.za using your student Number and Password. Create a password if you have not.
Click on the Classes tab and then click on My Registration (ITS iEnabler)
Click on Registration on the left to start the registration process.
Read the POPIA regulations and click on I Accept to continue
Verify your contact details, address details, and contact person details
You can generate a provisional proforma statement(if Needed)
Click on the uploading of documents required to upload all the relevant documents for registration in 2023
Click on Registration verification to verify your registration status, minimum payments, outstanding documents, and web access to register
Click on submit payment to make the payment
Read the Academic Registration Rules, Regulations, and Indemnity and click on “I Accept” to proceed
Click on Submit Registration to confirm your qualification to be registered.
Enter your Employment status and select whether you are responsible for your fees. If not supply the name of the third party
Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE to proceed
Select the combination of your modules to be taken and click on SAVE AND PROCEED
Verify the modules you plan to register for and click on continue
Verify your registration cost and click on Accept Registration
Print your Proof of Registration
Click on Add Subject to Registration if you want to add extra subjects to your current registration or cancel subjects as permitted by the rules and regulations of the university.
Click on Subject Cancellation if you want to cancel subjects as permitted by the rules and regulations of the university. Module changes are allowed within the registration period
Collect your student ID card after registration as soon as possible.
