University of Free State (UFS) Online Application Procedure for 2026

To apply to the University of the Free State:

Visit https://apply.ufs.ac.za.
Select the “Apply” tab.
Click “New Application.”
Enter your information, including the email address for your student number.
Input your student number.
Provide contact information matching your official documents.
Enter contact details again and click “Next.”
Ensure you meet course prerequisites.

Students transferring from other universities must include a certificate of conduct as well as a study record from their previous university with their applications
