Central University of Technology is still accepting applications for 2026, so if you have not already, apply soon! Applications commenced on April 1st, 2025, and will close on September 30, 2025, at noon South African Standard Time (SAST). Do not wait till the last minute! You cannot check your status until you have submitted your application

CUT Application Status: What to Do After Results

If you have not heard back from Central University of Technology within 5 working days (120 hours) of receiving your final Grade 12 results, you can check your status on their application dashboard using your login information. Your status should be updated within 48 hours of the Grade 12 results being released. You may see if your application has been accepted, refused, or is still being reviewed.

How to Track Application Status 2026 at Central University of Technology

You will be able to check your application status online through the CUT Online Application Portal.

• Enter https://www.cut.ac.za/application-process
• Navigate through the page and locate Application Feedback
• Click on the “Check Application Status”.
• A page opens for data entry
• Please enter an ID / Passport number.
• click the “check” option.
