Check Cut Application Status For 2023/2024

The majority of colleges offer online status checks through their undergraduate admissions offices. The confirmation that your application has been received normally includes a website login and ID Number so that only you can know where your application is in the process. Follow the process outlined in this post to check your 2023 application status at the central university of Technology

Application status

  •  Enter https://www.cut.ac.za/application-process
  • Navigate through the page and locate Application Feedback
  • Click on the “Check Application Status“.
  • A page opens for data entry
  • Please enter an ID / Passport number.
  •  click the “check” option.

Meaning of your Application Status in 2023

  • Status

A Selected for the instructional programme (senior students)
AT Academic transcript or previous qualification outstanding
B HESA/SAQA Certificate outstanding, see https://mb.usaf.ac.za/contact-us/ or Website: www.saqa.org.za
C Canceled Application
DE Application Deferred and will be re-evaluated after your final Grade 12 results are released
D Instructional programme: No decision taken – Senior students
E Conditionally Accepted postgrad – pending prerequisite qualification
G Admission for an instructional programme (new students – ALL campuses)
H Admitted based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
I Instructional programme testing
K Not selected for the instructional programme: No prerequisite subjects

N Instructional programme: No decision taken – New students
