Durban University of Technology (DUT) is accepting late applications for selected programs with available spots until February 9, 2026. Not all programs are open for late enrollment, so it is important to apply for the available courses as soon as possible through www.cao.ac.za. While the standard application deadline was September 30, 2025, some programs closed earlier
The following courses and programs are still open for late applications for the 2026 academic year.

To qualify for late applications, you must meet the following criteria:
The late application fee is R250 for domestic applicants (South African) and R300 for international applicants. This is non-refundable

You cannot apply directly to DUT through their online application portal. All undergraduate applicants are to apply through the Central Applications Office (CAO).
