Documents Requirements For NSFAS Online Applications -2025

During the online application process, you will be prompted to upload the necessary supporting documents. Scan or take clear photographs of each document and ensure that they meet the specified file size and format requirements. Upload the following files as directed and wait for them to be successfully submitted:

Proof of income (where applicable)
Disability Annexure A form (Disability student)
Copy of student ID / Birth certificate
Copy of parent/s or guardian/ spouse ID
An applicant who is recognized as a vulnerable child by the Department of Social Development must provide a completed Vulnerable Child Declaration form completed by a social worker
Declaration form: Non-SASSA
