How Much is NSFAS Allowance Every Month For 2024

All NSFAS-approved students for every month will be paid the following

  • Starting in February 2024, every NSFAS-approved student residing in an urban, peri-urban, or remote area will get an allowance every month of R2,000, R1,575, or R1,312.5.
  • A living allowance of R1,250.00 per Month
  • Books and other Learning Materials allowances of R433.30 per Month
  • Transportation allowances of R625.00
  • Personal care allowance of R241.66 per Month
