Pax College Registration Open For 2024-2025

Applications for Pax College are encouraged to be submitted before the deadline as limited spaces are available per course. A Non-refundable Registration Fee is required to confirm your space for the year. This fee can be paid electronically, by direct cash deposit, or by cheque. Proof of payment must be included with your application form, using your ID number as a reference. Applicants are responsible for calling the college to confirm that their application form and fee have been received. The current fee structure can be obtained by emailing admin@paxcollege.co.za.

The Pax Commercial College online application window is currently open for the 2024-2025 academic intake, allowing for admissions to a variety of programs. To be considered for any of Pax Commercial College’s courses or programs, an online application must be submitted. While Pax Commercial College accepts applications throughout the year, applicants are encouraged to submit their applications at their earliest convenience.

The following requirements must be met by prospective applicants for admission to Pax College in 2025:

An active email address is required.
The applicant must possess a smart device.
A residential address needs to be provided.
All documents need to be certified and scanned.

What are the Required Documents for Pax Online and Hard Copy Applications?

The following documents are required to be submitted, uploaded, or mailed before the closing of the academic year:

An official, completed and signed in black ink PAX College registration form.
A certified copy of your South African ID book or passport.
A certified copy of the account payer’s (parent/guardian) South African ID book or passport.
A certified copy of your National Senior Certificate, Statement of Results, or any other relevant qualification.
Proof of residence (e.g., bank statement or electricity bill).
Two passport-sized photographs (in color).

Pax College Application Methods for the Academic Year 2024-2025

Pax College offers three methods for applying for admission for the academic year 2024-2025: electronic application, hard copy application, and on-campus application.

Electronic Application:

Applicants are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee and complete the online application form in its entirety.
Upon full payment of the registration fee, the applicant’s reservation is guaranteed.
A Pax College Student Advisor will then contact the applicant via phone or email.
Following contact, the applicant must visit the college to finalize the registration process.

Hard Copy Application:

Applicants can download the application forms from the college website.
The completed forms, along with certified copies of relevant documents such as matriculation certificates, statements of results, and other applicable credentials, and a copy of the payment receipt, should be mailed to the address provided.

On-Campus Application:

Applicants are encouraged to schedule a meeting with a Pax College Student Advisor before proceeding.
Upon arrival at the college, the applicant can complete the necessary paperwork and pay the registration fee in full at the Finance Department.
Applicants must bring certified copies of their ID (and those of their parents or guardians, if applicable), high school diploma or statement of results, and any other relevant credentials.
