Univen Late Application For 2024/2025 Now Open

All candidates who were not able to submit their applications by the first deadline are encouraged to do so for the 2024 UNIVEN late application for courses that still have spaces available.

Please register and submit your application via the www.univen.ac.za application portal to be considered for admission. Applications must be submitted by Friday, January 5, 2024, and no applications received after that date will be accepted. Please make sure you meet the academic requirements and include all required documents with your application.

The University of Venda Late Application in 2024.

The University of Venda (UNIVEN) has formally opened a second application window for all prospective applicants who were unable to register during the first window, which will run until January 5, 2024, following the first window’s closing date of October 31, 2023. Due to the limited or nonexistent space in the courses, there’s a need to apply now. Occasionally, admissions are closed when the program fills up or reaches capacity.

Instructions for Late Applicants in 2024.

Prospective late applicants must take note of the following instructions

• First-time applicants should apply online by visiting the official website ( Undergraduate applicants only)
• Your ID, email address, contact details, and credit or debit card will play a major role in your application process
• Prepare a late application fee of R100 for using the online system
• All documents must be in pdf format hence an applicant must scan all documents
• Applicants can save and continue the application process late but within the closing date
• A student number at the end of the process will be generated

How to use the online application portal of Univen

No emailed application is required in 2024

• Check the admission requirement of your desired course by downloading the 2024 prospectus
• Log onto the application portal to begin your application
• Provide your details and upload the required documents
• Pay your online application fee using the credit/debit card
• Submit your application after review
• Using your student number generated during the application, check your status
• Proceed to register for the semester
• Apply for accommodation if you wish to.
• Apply for funding after accessing the requirements
• Start lectures.

All prospective postgraduate and previous applicants must download the hard copy below and fill it out. Applicants are expected to send this form before the closing date with the supporting documents in 2023.
