University of Limpopo Application Process for 2025-2026

Are you prepared to enroll at Limpopo University? To apply for the 2025–2026 intake, follow these steps:

Before you start:

Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
Gather all the required documents (listed below).

Step 1: Head to the website:

Open your browser and navigate to www.ul.ac.za.

Step 2: Log in and navigate:

Login to the I Enabler portal.
Go to the Academic Application section.
Read the application rules and click “Accept”.

Step 3: Enter your details:

Select your attended school and save.
Enter your school leaving subjects.
Indicate any disabilities you have (optional).

Step 4: Select your program:

Choose your academic preference qualification.
Click “Save and Continue”.

Step 5: Pay the application fee:

Settle the application fee before proceeding. You’ll find payment details on the website.

Step 6: Upload your documents:

Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualifications
- Academic transcripts
- ID document
- Proof of payment (if applicable)
Click “Save and Continue”.

Step 7: Submit your application:

Review your application thoroughly.
Once everything is correct, click “Finished” to submit.

University of Limpopo Required Documents For 2025 Applications

Failure to Upload the following Documents will render your application invalid:

Your ID if you are a South African citizen
Your passport if you are an international student
Your guardian/parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18 years
National Senior certificate if you have already matriculated
Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s Stamp if you are still in Grade
Your academic record, only If you are a current student at another Institution of higher learning
USAF accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. Only if you are an international student.
Apply to mbsaf.3.za for conditional exemption foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption.

The additional documents to be supplied by international applicants only:

South Africa’s Medical aid cover
Student Visa
Proof of English proficiency

Admission Requirements of the University of Limpopo for 2025-2026

The required minimum levels of achievement in specific subjects as stipulated in the Calendars of each Faculty, provided that:

Four 20-credit subjects were achieved with a minimum NSC achievement level of four (4) for degree programmes and
Four 20-credit subjects were achieved with a minimum NSC achievement level of three (3) for diploma programmes.
