All students without a loan/bursary will be required to pay an upfront minimum registration deposit for R 5 000 – 00 towards tuition and R3 890 towards residence allocation per semester. The amount for residence should be paid by students whose application for residence has been successful. Payments can be made at any ABSA branch

How to Effect the application fee payment at Univen in 2024

R100 non-refundable application fee must be paid before your application form will be completed. Follow the steps below to learn the process.

  • During the online application, applicants will be asked to pay the application fee before proceeding to the next step of the process.
  • Applicants must select the option “Pay by credit card”
  • Enter the details on the card such as Card Number, Card Holder Name, Expiry date (month and year), and the CVV Numbers
  • Ensure there is enough fund to pay the fee
  • Click on the tab “Pay Now”.
  • One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your phone to authenticate the payment. Enter the number into the text box provided and click on the “Next” tab.
  • You will immediately receive a payment receipt notification from Univen support via the email address you provided stating as follows Thank you we have received your application fee”.
  • Exit this page and continue with your application.
