No matter their race, ethnicity, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or place of origin, all aspiring students are welcome to submit a College of Cape Town admission application form for 2024 as long as they satisfy the prerequisites for the program for which they are applying.

South Africans and interested foreign applicants may submit an electronic or paper application as Government Sponsored or Private candidates for admission to the College of Cape Town.

How to fill out the application form for the 2024 admissions

  • Complete the application form
  • Once completed in full, attach a certified copy of your I.D, proof of address as well as a copy of your matric results/last grade passed.
  • You will then receive an SMS acknowledging receipt of your application.
  • You will be contacted about any further steps you’d need to take. This could include interviews, tests, and assessments related to your field of study.
  • You will be provided with a letter of acceptance or a letter of provisional acceptance.
  • You’ll receive a student number and be invited to register on a specific date.

How to submit the application: Return the application form using any of these methods:

  1. Return it to the address indicated.
  2. Fax it to the number indicated.
  3. Return it to the relevant campus where the course you are applying for is offered.

Closing date for online application 2024: Applications for the 2nd TRIMESTER are now open until 30th JULY 2024.

Required Documents for international applicants: If these documents are not submitted, your application will NOT be processed.

  • All qualification documents, i.e. the highest school certificate issued by the official examining body.
  • A copy of your Passport
  • Complete and legible transcripts of academic records in respect of all other qualifications, together with the final certificates.
  • Preceding qualifications leading to any other advanced qualification where the latter is submitted.
  • Certificates in foreign languages should be submitted together with translations into English by a sworn translator.
