DUT Late Application Date 2025/2026-Apply Now

All applicants who want to submit for the first time or give themselves a second chance (previous applicants) should visit the official website and start their 2025 late application at Durban University of Technology. The application portal is now open to all prospective students who were unable to apply during the original application period but desire to attend DUT University in the 2025 academic year.

The late application date for DUT varies by program and semester. Typically, the late application window opens two weeks following the start of the semester. However, DUT University is now accepting late applications for the 2025 academic calendar.

Late Application Date – 2025

Prospective students who have yet to apply for a study programme at the Durban University of Technology are encouraged to do so now that the university has opened its application portal for the second application session for the 2025 academic year. Durban University’s online application form, which was accessible from April 1 to October 31, 2024, has been reopened for late applications for 2025 until February 9, 2025.

About DUT Late Applications

Visit the official website to see whether there are still courses available, as this is the only justification for late applications to Durban University of Technology (DUT) for 2025-2026. Late applications will be considered only if courses remain available at the end of the selection process or if accepted students decline an offer, leaving the course open.

We can say that Durban University has reopen the application process for the second time to accommodate late candidates in 2025 for the remaining courses but with an extra application cost recieved by the Central Administrative Office (CAO).

Will DUT Open Late Application For applicants who could not apply during the general application window

It depends on the availability of courses after the official closing date. In general, DUT does not accept late applications after the closing date. However, if there are still available courses after October 31, they will most definitely reopen applications for late admission to 2025.

Because late applications are not guaranteed at Durban University of Technology (DUT) for the 2025 academic year, applicants are urged to take advantage of the first application window, which ends on October 31, 2024, to ensure a course for the 2025 academic year.
