Unizulu Online Application Closing Date 2024/2025

The University of Zululand (Unizulu) Management has announced the application deadlines for the academic year 2024/2025 for all undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate/distance/diploma applicants. For them to analyze the submitted applications, the University of Zululand (Unizulu) specified particular dates and deadlines for the registration of academic courses and the closure of admission. As a candidate, you should be cautious of the institution’s deadlines and closing dates, as they are highly important to them.

University of Zululand (Unizulu) Application deadlines for all undergraduate programmes

All potential candidates/students are urged to adhere to the following deadlines and submit their applications on time since late applications will not be accepted.

Programme Unizulu Deadlines
Social work The deadline is August 30, 2023.
Nursing Science The deadline is September 30, 2023.
All other Programmes The deadline is October 31, 2023.

Can I still upload all the required documents after the closing dates for 2024/2025

Applications received after September 30 are subject to an additional late application cost set by the CAO. Any document submitted beyond the official closing date for the academic year 2024/2025 will be rejected by the CAO system. It is advised that all supporting documentation be submitted by the deadlines.

Required Application Documents (Local Applicants)

  •  National Senior Certificate or Statement of Results
  • Senior Certificate
  • Identity Document
  •  Students transferring from other universities should submit an original academic record and a certificate of good conduct

Applicants outside of South Africa

  • • A valid study permit
  •  A valid medical aid/health insurance cover
  • A valid passport
  • GCE, GCSE, IGCSE, or Cambridge School Certificate
  • Students holding a GCE GCSE IGCSE or the Cambridge School Certificate must have passed five approved ordinary-level subjects including the English language provided three subjects have been passed at the same examination sitting.
