The application portal is now open to any prospective students who missed the initial application window but wish to enrol in college for short courses for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Among the courses available at the University of South Africa are short courses established by the administration to assist students who are working yet wish to add to their CVs. These courses range in length from three to six months. Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024-2025 academic year. Who can Apply For UNISA Short Courses 2024-2025
Everyone wanting to start a new Short Learning Programmes must apply for admission. This includes first-time Unisa applicants, Unisa students changing to a new qualification, and applicants who previously applied for admission but were not offered a space.
All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:
- Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
- Copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (if applicable) (internet copies will not be accepted)
- Copy of your ID document (RSA students) or ID/passport (international students)
- Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable) or divorce decree (if applicable)
- Sworn translations of documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans
How much is the application fee for short courses applicants in 2024
No application fee is applicable when applying for Short Learning Programme.
