EEC PROFILE: The Ekurhuleni East TVET College is one of the 50 TVET Colleges in South Africa, the College is situated in the eastern region of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. It comprises six college sites located in five towns. Five campuses offer mainly NCV and Report 191 programmes while the sixth one is a Centre of Specialisation.
The campuses offering NCV and Report 191 programmes are Benoni Campus, Brakpan Campus, Daveyton Campus, Kwa-Thema Campus as well as Springs Campus
The application period of Eec: Admissions for 2024 are accepted beginning in September 2023. The final day of November 2023 is anticipated to mark the closure of the internet portal for application. Only applications submitted after the deadline for courses with open seats will be considered.
Why Online Application: The purpose of online application is to provide early provisional registration to new intakes (students), and standardize and also expand the enrollment process within the College.

How to Apply electronically for admissions: Prospective applicants must follow the steps outlined below to have a smooth application:
- Enter https://ienabler.eec.edu.za/pls/prodi03/gen.gw1pkg.gw1view into your browser
- The new applicants will be asked to select the options applicable to continue the process
- Enter your bio-data into the required field to generate a student number
- The student number will be sent to your email for verification
- Come back to the portal and enter your STUDENT NUMBER into the field to continue your application
- Choose your desired course. Ensure you meet the admission requirement
- Upload the required document and submit your application for review.
Please Note: The student will be required to populate subjects and the symbols for the highest grade passed.

Admission Requirements
NC (V) STUDENTS
Minimum entrance requirements are aligned to the NC(V) programme and policy. Students must have passed:
- An NQF level 1 qualification i.e. Grade 9;
- AET Level 4,
- PLP Results
- General Education and Training Certificate L4 (GETC),
REPORT 191 STUDENTS
Minimum entrance requirements are aligned to the Report 191 programme requirements. Students must have passed:
Grade 12 / NC(V) Level 4 may be admitted into N4 Business/ Engineering Studies, subject to any other programme/faculty requirements.
Minimum entrance requirements for Report 191 N1 Engineering studies are:
- a NQF Level 1 qualification, i.e. Grade 9;
- PLP results;
- AET Level 4;
- General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)
