3. Start your new application:
- On the left side of the page, select the “New Application” tab.
- Click on “New Applications.”

4. Accept the terms and conditions:
- Read the document on the page and click “Accept” to proceed.
5. Enter your biographical data:
- Accurately fill in your personal information exactly as it appears in your South African ID or passport.
- Ensure all contact details are correct so the university can reach you.
6. Continue through the application process:
- Follow the on-screen instructions and complete each section fully.
- Click “Next” to proceed to the next section.
7. Upload your academic documents:
- You can upload your certificates manually or automatically if you completed Grade 12 recently.
- Click “Add Subject” to manually add each subject and its corresponding information.
8. Provide your educational information:
- Indicate where, when, and what subjects you completed in your previous qualifications.
9. Choose your desired program:
- Select your two program choices after carefully reviewing the requirements for each.
- Prioritise your choices by listing your first and second options.
10. Review and submit your application:
- Carefully review all information entered and make corrections if needed.
- Upload any required documents. Your application is incomplete without them.
- Check the upload status to ensure all documents were uploaded successfully.
- Write down your generated student number for future reference.
- Click “Submit Application” to finalise your application.
11. Add your program to your profile (optional):
- Enter the program you applied to and click “Search.”
- Click on the program code (in blue) to add it to your profile.
- Verify that the program is listed under “View Completed Application(s).”
- You will receive an email notification confirming your application profile update.
