CJC Is Open For Second Semester of 2025
Central Johannesburg College is now accepting applications for the second semester of the 2026 academic year. Both new and returning students, including South African and international applicants, are encouraged to submit their online applications for the practical and skill-based courses available. All students, regardless of financial background, can apply for enrollment in the second semester.
The application period for the second semester runs from May 1 to July 31, 2025. Students who missed the first-semester application deadline are now eligible to apply. It’s important to apply early, as late applications will not be accepted. Visit the application portal to submit your application and secure your spot in the available courses.
When to Apply for Second Semester 2 at Central Johannesburg College in 2025
Starting on May 1, students can apply to Central Johannesburg College to enroll in the upcoming second semester of the 2026 academic year. All applicants—domestic and foreign—may submit their applications online at Central Johannesburg College from May 1 through July 31, 2025. You may submit your application now because there won’t be another opportunity after JULY 31.
Documents Required For CJC College Second Semester Applications
To be considered for admission to the second semester of the academic year 2025 at Central Johannesburg College (CJC), you must submit the following documents; otherwise, your applications will be rejected.
- An original/certified copy of the latest school report/Senior Certificate or highest certificate or latest results.
- An original/certified copy of the identity document/affidavit and photograph in case of no/lost identity document/birth certificate.
- Proof of residential address and relevant contact details.
- An email and personal contact number
- Medical proof of your condition (DISABILITY)
- A certified copy of your passport (International applicants only)
- A certified copy of your latest academic qualifications. If issued by an institution outside the borders of South Africa, students must have these certificates evaluated by SAQA
- International Students must have a valid study permit, until the end of the relevant study period.

How to Apply Online For 2025 Second Semester at CJC College

- Select and Click on the Apply Here link at the top of the home page
- Click on the Placement test to do the three compulsory tests
- Now go back to the CJC application portal and start your applications
- Create an account by completing the section
- An email will be sent with a password and username (Student number)
- Choose your qualifications and courses
- Select where you want to study (Campus)
- Click on Submit to send your online forms
- Proceed to upload all supporting and required documents for review
