Certified copies of the following documents must accompany each 2026 Application of the King Hintsa TVET College:
- South African ID card or birth certificate
- Highest academic qualifications obtained
- South African ID card of your parent, guardian, or next of kin
- Valid email address
- Residential address
Non-South African applicants
- A valid passport
- Valid study visa, and study permit
- A valid medical insurance cover
- Police clearance certificate

How to Apply Online for the King Hintsa TVET College 2026
To apply online for the first time to the King Hintsa TVET College for the 2026 academic intake, follow the guidelines below:
- Go to https://www.kinghintsacollege.edu.za to access the application form.
- Click on the “Apply Now” icon.
- Select “No” for “Do you already have a student number?”
- Select “No” for “Returning” to complete the application.
- Skip “Do you have a Qualification Token?”
- Read the Protection of Personal Information Act, then click on “I Accept.”
- The “Next” button will now be activated; click on it.
- Create a new PIN.
- The PIN will be used to log in to the iEnabler to upload the applicant’s documents if they are unable to upload them.
- Complete the application.
- Upload certified documents.
How to Check Your KHC 2026 Application Status
