We recommend that all first-time prospective applicants of UNISA go through career counselling to help them choose a qualification that will help them prepare for the future.

Even though it is possible to change to a different qualification, choosing a qualification that is not linked to a future career and study opportunities will have implications, such as loss of income and/or feeling demotivated in terms of studying

At the counselling section, applicants will be able to identify themselves, identify and prepare for opportunities, and in the end link their interest to the qualifications they want to pursue at UNISA
