Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) is finally receiving undergraduate and postgraduate applications for the academic year 2026. The online application period runs from April 1 to September 30, 2025. Applications are not accepted after the closing date, thus it is vital to apply within the allotted window.

TUT Late Application Policy: Apply Early for Best Chances
Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) may accept late applications if space is available in the desired program, due to limited spots. To improve your chances of acceptance, it’s recommended to apply as early as possible, preferably during the regular application period in 2026.
TUT Application Fee for 2026
Paying the mandatory application fee of R240 is required for all applicants to Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). The fee must be deposited into one of TUT’s authorized bank accounts. Your application will not be considered if the fee is not paid, so ensure the fee is ready before submitting your application.
