The application process is designed to accept new students into each program offered at the college.
All first-year and returning applications to the Northlink TVET College must be submitted through the online system at www.northlink.co.za, regardless of the qualification level. Applicants can apply for multiple courses, but the application fee remains the same, no matter how many courses are chosen

Certified copies of the following documents must accompany each 2026 Application of the Northlink TVET College:
- South African ID card or birth certificate
- Highest academic qualifications obtained
- South African ID card of your parent, guardian, or next of kin
- Valid email address

Non-South African applicants
- A valid passport
- Valid study visa, and study permit
- A valid medical insurance cover
- Police clearance certificate
