Northlink TVET College is now accepting applications for the 2026 academic year, welcoming both local and international students to explore its diverse range of courses. The application window is open from August 21st to September 30th, 2025. Prospective students are to ensure they satisfy all the admission requirements before applying.
Northlink TVET College does not accept manual applications. Ensure that all necessary documents are scanned and remember to submit your application within the specified timeframe to be considered for the upcoming academic year. All applications must be submitted online via www.northlink.co.za
How to Apply Online at Northlink Tvet College for 2026
All new applicants are to follow the guidelines below to complete the Northlink Tvet College online application form
- Complete Career Guidance: Start by completing the career guidance to help identify suitable courses.
- Create a Profile: Set up a profile by registering as a new applicant. Ensure you complete all the information in the “pre-entry information” folder.
- Complete Screening Assessments: Click on each button in the folder and answer all questions, even if unsure. Finish each assessment by clicking the “Finish” button.
- Complete Placement Assessment: Log in and complete the compulsory literacy, numeracy, and course selection assessments. This assessment is not pass/fail, but ensure you do it yourself for accurate results.
- Submit Course Application: Fill out the online application form following the step-by-step guide.
Upload Documents: Upload the required documents, including:
- ID photocopy
- A copy of the next of kin’s identification
- A copy of the most recent results
- Evidence of residence
- Passport for international travel
- Registration fee receipt
- Medical coverage is provided for the duration of the research period.
- Tuition payment receipt.
- All overseas qualifications must include a SAQA evaluation certificate.
Administrative Fees for Northlink in 2026
Northlink Tvet College does not charge any application or administrative fees to South African applicants. The only prerequisite for the institution to process your application is that you complete it and submit all supporting papers by the application closing date. Foreign and SADC students, on the other hand, must pay a non-refundable administration charge of R800.

What are the requirements to study at Northlink College for 2026?
Prospective applicants for post-matriculation programs at Northlink College must have completed Grade 12 / N3 / Level 4 or an equivalent qualification. For early Northlink College applicants, use June and September results. Matriculants should have completed an acceptable technical subject before enrolling in Engineering Studies. A minimum of a Grade 9 certificate is required for entry to the pre-matriculation programs.
