Declaration Letter: discrepancy of name on passport and academic transcripts; to be issued by home country’s Ministry of Education OR by home country’s commissioner of oath.
No Objection Certificate (NOC – Sudan): for students with Sudanese passports. To be issued by the Sudan Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Eligibility Letter (EL – Iran): for students with Iranian passports. To be issued by the Iran Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Telegraphic Transfer (TT) receipt of the Application Fee

Local Students

Submit by post the Online Registration Form and the following documents to the Student Enrolment Centre:

A certified true copy of actual / forecast/trial examination results. For instance: SPM / ‘O’- Levels, STPM / A-Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU, or other equivalent qualifications.
For exemption purposes – Diploma students (completed or currently still studying) must provide a certified transcript and Diploma Certificate (if applicable), together with the course syllabus.
A photocopy of your Identification Card (IC), both sides.
Three (3) copies of passport-size colour photographs.

Admission Requirements at UCSI University in Malaysia

International students must have an IELTS score of 5.0 or above in addition to a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or equivalent from high school in order to be considered for undergraduate admissions at UCSI University in Malaysia.

UCSI University Enrolment and Registration Fees 2024

All UCSI University Programmes except Music, Medicine, Pharmacy and Postgraduates require an application fee of 3,000.

The application Fee quoted above is inclusive of EMGS payment and is applicable to all international students.

The following registration fees are required to register at UCSI University:

RM 650 for Medicine and Pharmacy programmes
RM 500 for Music programmes
RM 450 for Engineering programmes
RM 400 for all other programmes
