Taylor’s University Opens Applications for 2024-2025

Taylor’s University Application Date 2024-2025

Applications for Taylor’s University can be submitted online by Malaysian and foreign students from November 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024. However, applications must be submitted no later than two weeks after the program’s commencement of classes.

Taylor’s University Application Documents Required

Applicants are advised to complete an online application, with the following required documents attached:

Local Applicants

Certified original copies of actual/forecast/trial examination results
One (1) photocopy of the identity card (NRIC), both sides
Other supporting documents for your application (if any) (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, MUET, etc.)

International Applicants

Six (6) passport-sized photographs
Three (3) sets of certified passport photocopy
Passport validity is at least 15 months from the date of admission/submission to the university
Three (3) sets of clear certified copies of academic transcripts and completion certificate
Health/Medical Report with validity not exceeding 6 months

Transfer Applicants

Additional documents needed for students transferring from another higher education institution (college or university) in Malaysia:

Release letter and visa cancellation (from the former institution)
Attendance report (must be at least 80% attendance).
If applicants are seeking credit exemptions, additional documents such as the final academic transcripts/results are required.
One (1) copy of the passport page with exit stamp (where applicable).
Cancellation Page (Proof of EMGS has closed the status of previous student visa – for an expired pass without proper cancellation)

Taylor’s University Enrolment/Application Fee 2024-2025

To finish your application, you will just need to pay an enrollment fee of RM650 (Malaysian) and USD622 (International). Before submitting your application to the university, you must pay the enrollment fee. You might not need to pay for certain programs or conditions until after submitting; in that case, the system will let you know.

Except in the case that the student cannot be accepted owing to non-fulfilment of minimum entrance requirements, the enrolment cost of RM650 for local students and USD622 for international students is completely non-refundable (this does not cover provisional/conditional offers). If a student leaves school on their own, they will be required to pay an administrative charge.

The system allows you to make payments for the enrolment fees. For Malaysian students, this can be done via online banking facilities through the payment page. International students can make payments via Flywire, a global payment platform. Both Malaysian and international students can also upload proof of payment via telegraphic transfer or other online transfer facilities. Once you have successfully applied, semester fees can be paid through Taylor’s Student Portal.

You can submit more than one application if you wish to. Please note that you will need to pay a separate enrolment fee each time you submit an application which is not refundable.

Your registration is successful. Kindly check your email to activate your account.
Scroll down the page and click on Start Application. Log in to start the application process
Only one new application can be created at any one time.
Edits and corrections can be made prior to submission. After submission, your application cannot be edited
An applicant who is underage will be invited to an additional interview prior to program enrolment.
Complete the ten provided application steps and submit them.

How long will it take Taylor University to respond or extend an offer?

Kindly provide Taylor’s University with 48 hours to assess your application after it has been submitted. Within two to three working days, applicants will receive a notification via TOPAS along with a Letter of Offer if their application is accepted. Please be aware that certain requirements, like credit transfer and programs involving tests and interviews, will cause the processing of your application to take longer.
