UMP 2026 Application Period Now Open
UMP opened its 2026 online application portal on June 1, 2025. All prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students can now apply to study at the university for the 2026 academic year.
Application Closing Dates
All prospective students are to submit their applications by the following dates:
- Undergraduate Applications: Close on 30 November 2025
- Honours Programmes, Advanced and Postgraduate Diplomas: 30 November 2025
- Masters Programmes: 30 January 2026
- Doctoral Programmes: 30 January 2026

Application Method

Once you have all your documents ready, along with your application fee, kindly follow the steps below to complete the University of Mpumalanga (UMP) 2026 application process before the deadline:
Step 1: Begin Application
- Click the “Click here to apply” link or button on the application portal.
- Read and accept the application rules.
- Click “Continue” to start your application process.
Step 2: Enter Biographical Information
