How to Upload DUT Application Outstanding Documents

Follow the steps below as quickly as possible to upload all outstanding documents before the deadline via the central application office portal.

Log on to the CAO website at www.cao.ac.za using your CAO or ID number.
On the Home Page, click the ‘Upload My Document’ icon.
Read the instructions to find out what you need ‘to log in to upload your documents’.
Once logged in, follow the instructions to upload your papers and, if applicable, enter your examination results.
Check to ensure that you have uploaded the relevant documents and entered the correct results, where needed.
When you’re ready, click the ‘Submit My Documents’ button.
