All interested applicants are welcome to fill out the Midlands TVET college admission application form 2024/2025, regardless of color, ethnicity, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or country of origin, as long as they meet the requirements for the program for which they have applied.

South Africans and interested foreign applicants can apply as Government Sponsored or Private candidates for the Midlands TVET college admissions electronically or manually.

Bring the following documents along:

  1. A national Identification card for SA citizens
  2. A birth certificate of the applicant
  3. A unique email number
  4. A result slip of the applicant’s latest school
  5. A working phone number
  6. A passport number for foreign students.
  7. A stay permit for foreign students from SAQA.

Provide the following documents for free registration in 2024/2025: Terms and conditions applied for free registrations

  1. SAPS certified copy of Student Identity Document/Birth Certificate
  2. SAPS certified copy(ies) of Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) Identity Document
  3. SAPS certified copy(ies) of parent(s)/guardian(s) death certificate if they are deceased
  4. Proof of income: social grant slip/ recent salary slip/ recent bank statement
  5. Affidavit to state unemployment: include information on whether you received a grant and the amount received.
  6. Residential address of the student
  7. Number of family members in the household
  8. Number of students in the household (only University and College students – Provide proof of University students)
  9. Accommodation amount per month (in the case of private boarders)
  10. Transport amount per month: this should be in an affidavit
  11. All certified copies must NOT be older than 3 months.
