Nelson Mandela University (NMU) Application schedules:
Beginning on April 01, 2023, Nelson Mandela University (NMU) opens the admissions portal. From this point forward, they accept all undergraduate and graduate applications. The portal closes on 30 September 2023. Applicants after this date cannot access the portal again.

Applicants are advised to gather all the required documents before commencing the online application. This facilitates the entire process. A working email and contact number must be provided by applicants because that is the channel through which the university may reach them. Your student number will be sent to this email to access as well.
Application Requirements:
Applicants are to upload their Certificates, National Identification Numbers, or Passport numbers. Your application will be rejected if you fail to do this.
Application Fees for 2024/2025 Online Applications:
International applicants should pay the application fee and submit the proof of payment before the closing date for the 2024/2025 academic calendar. The amount is R500 and it is non-refundable in 2024. Applications without proof of payment of the application fee will not be processed.
Application Procedure:
The Online Application System is designed for new prospective students who are making their first application to Nelson Mandela University (NMU).
