The 2025 academic year registration at Qualitas Career Academy is now open! Prospective students can register for undergraduate courses and programs starting in 2025. The application window is open to both the young and the old interested in adding value to their current status

Anyone wishing to start a new qualification at Qualitas Career Academy must apply through the online portal. This applies to first-time applicants, students changing qualifications, and those previously denied admission. Once the application portal closes, late applicants will need to wait until the following year to apply, but there is still available space for admission at the moment

When to Apply

The Qualitas Career Academy online application for the 2025 academic year will be open from March 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. It’s important to note these dates and set a reminder, as submitting your application early can give you a competitive edge and help keep you organized.

Requirements for enrolment at Qualitas Career Academy

Prepare the documents below for application purposes

  • Completed enrolment form
  • Certified copy of Student ID
  • Certified copy of Sponsor ID
  • Additional documents for Credit application
  • Proof of residence (if applicable)
  • 3 months’ payslip

Admission Entry Criteria of Qualitas Career Academy

  • Although the academy recommends that all learners complete grade 12, the minimum entry requires an Occupational Certificate: Grade 9, with a pass in Mathematics and Science, or equivalent
  • N1: Grade 9, with a pass in Mathematics and Science, or equivalent
  • N2: Grade 12 / N1
  • N4-N6: N3 with Mathematics & Engineering Science in Grade 9.

How to Apply Online at Qualitas Career Academy

Follow the simple procedure below to complete the online application form for Qualitas Career Academy for the 2025 academic year

Step 1. Download the programme Information sheet and Enrolment Form at the links above, or request it from madelane@roodtarchitects.co.za or anri@roodtarchitects.co.za

Step 2. Scan and email the following attachments to madelane@roodtarchitects.co.za:

  • Completed Parts A, B, and C of the Enrolment Form
  • Copy of IDs of student and sponsor
  • Completed and signed Terms & Conditions by the sponsor (pages 1 – 6)
  • Creative portfolio – see Information sheet for requirements (Max. file size: 10MB)
  • Grade 11 / 12 results (whichever is available at the time of application)
  • Proof of payment of Enrolment fee

Step 3. On receipt of the above, the college will arrange a telephone interview with you. Upon completion of the interview, acceptance to the program will be communicated to the student and sponsor via email.

Step 4. On acceptance, the following is required to complete the registration process:

  • Pay registration, kit, and book fees.
  • Make payment arrangements for tuition fees as per the signed enrolment contract.
