How to Apply Online at Qualitas Career Academy

Follow the simple procedure below to complete the online application form for Qualitas Career Academy for the 2024-2025 academic year

Step 1. Download the programme Information sheet and Enrolment Form at the links above, or request it from madelane@roodtarchitects.co.za or anri@roodtarchitects.co.za

Step 2. Scan and email the following attachments to madelane@roodtarchitects.co.za:

  • Completed Parts A, B, and C of the Enrolment Form
  • Copy of IDs of student and sponsor
  • Completed and signed Terms & Conditions by sponsor (pages 1 – 6)
  • Creative portfolio – see Information sheet for requirements (Max. file size: 10MB)
  • Grade 11 / 12 results (whichever is available at the time of application)
  • Proof of payment of Enrolment fee

Step 3. On receipt of the above, the college will arrange a telephone interview with you. Upon completion of the interview, acceptance to the program will be communicated to the student and sponsor via email.

Step 4. On acceptance, the following is required to complete the registration process:

  • Pay registration, kit, and book fees.
  • Make payment arrangements for tuition fees as per the signed enrolment contract.
