Rhodes University Late Application 2024/2025, Is Rhodes University still open for applications for 2024/2025?

Rhodes University is giving a second chance to applicants who were not able to register during the main application window. The university considering the timeframe thinks not all prospective were able to get to the list despite meeting the requirement. The late application is for 2-3 weeks.

The university again opens this short window for applicants to apply to specific courses they think are still not to their capacity, These courses usually for undergraduate applicants are put out in the public space for those who are interested to apply for them.

Rhodes University has enabled the application portal again for the second time within 2 weeks. Applicants can gain access to this portal and submit their review applications. The application is open after the closing date of the first application window which is 30 September 2023.

The only condition that differs from the main application window is the application dates. Prospective late applicants should meet the minimum and the faculty’s requirements to gain admission into the university. The requirements do not change because of the late applications.

Application fee for late Applicants:

Initial applications for admission must be accompanied by a non refund¬able application fee of R100 for all applicants. Late applications do not require an extra cost.
