Important Dates for Postgraduate Applications for 2025/2026

Applications are now open! Most postgraduate programs will close on October 31, 2024, at noon. However, there are a few exceptions:

  • Faculty of Engineering: MEng/MPhil in Engineering Management (Coursework) closes on September 30, 2024.
  • Faculty of Education:
    • BEd Hons Educational Psychology closes on October 31, 2024.
    • Postgraduate Certificate In Education (PGCE) closes on August 31, 2024.
  • Faculty of Humanities:
    • BA Hons in Psychology and BSc Hons in Psychology both close on September 30, 2024.
  • College of Business and Economics: All programs close on September 30, 2024.

No Walk-Ins for Late UJ Applications in 2025/2026

This is to inform prospective students that UJ will not be accepting walk-in enquiries for late applications during January and February of 2025. This means you cannot visit the university in person to inquire about or submit a late application.

Make sure to submit your application online before the deadline to avoid any complications.

  1. All documents must be certified
  2. Ensure that the scanned file is a maximum of 512KB
  3. Documents are scanned in any of the following types – tiff, pdf, jpg, or gif
  4. Each document must be scanned and uploaded as separate attachments.
