All candidates who were unable to submit their applications by the initial deadline are urged to do so for the 2026 UNIVEN late application for courses with available spots.
To be considered for admission, you must register and complete your online application at www.univen.ac.za before the closing date. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Make sure you meet the academic requirements and include all the necessary supporting documents with your application.

Instructions for Late Applicants in 2026.
Prospective late applicants must take note of the following instructions
- First-time applicants should apply online by visiting the official website ( Undergraduate applicants only)
- Your ID, email address, contact details, and credit or debit card will play a major role in your application process
- Prepare a late application fee of R100 for using the online system
- All documents must be in PDF format; hence, an applicant must scan all documents
- Applicants can save and continue the application process later, but within the closing date
- A student number at the end of the process will be generated

- Pay your online application fee using a credit/debit card
- Submit your application after review
- Using your student number generated during the application, check your status
- Proceed to register for the semester
- Apply for accommodation if you wish to.
- Apply for funding after accessing the requirements
- Start lectures.
